I liked it. I do understand the gaps and the delivery method due to busy schedules. It was good.

The training was Fun that is for me the best in everything. You learn not to assume people on their culture or generation. Talking to other people in other branches can open your eyes to learn/ see it from their perspective.

Docent twee keer te laat. Onsamenhangende opbouw. Online omgeving sloot niet aan op de lessen. Twee keer gemaild via de online omgeving naar docent. Geen reactie. We zouden sheets krijgen, is nooit gebeurd. Er waren meer mensen ontevreden en zou nog een halve dag worden ingepland. Inmiddels 3 weken verder. Nog niets van gehoord. Heb twee keer moeten mail om uiteindelijk certificaat binnen te krijgen. Prijs kwaliteit is niet goed.

The training was well organized and engaging. I gained useful knowledge from it. The course was informative and easy to follow. I learned valuable new skills.

The training was positive, I liked the format and the small group. It felt personal and we could practice immediately everything we discussed. I would have appreciated some more structured material.

nice training with potential to become even better

I had a good experience of the training: initially I liked the curriculum and found it well rounded, curious and balanced. During the training I liked the "safe space" for sharing thoughts, questions, examples. Finally, the practice and feedback was very helpful. While it were packed two days for the training, I find it useful for my daily work.

very usefull to step out of my comfort zone doing these exercises

I’m glad I participated in the training, and I’ve already recommended it to a colleague. I appreciated the open and honest discussions, as well as the balance between theory and practice. Most participants had fewer years of experience than I do. On one hand, that was valuable — I wanted to better understand the new generation, and I achieved that goal. On the other hand, I would also benefit from engaging with peers who have more extensive experience.

My general experience is positive, there was an open environment where everyone could share their questions, concerns, goals.

It was helpful but I expected more.

The trainer is very skilled in his trade and is really great with people. He was able to profile most of us from the start which is a powerful skill to have. And since Project management is also about softskills this became quite handy to learn about this.

It went great. There are many practices, and feedback from the trainer and peers helps me reflect a lot.
