Jan is a experienced coach who is helping you how to see your coachee and what kind of questions to ask. I like the way we learn that the coachee has to give the answers and solutions and that it is not your job as a coach to give these.

Well arranged training with a good structure and appropriate time allocation.

It was an interactive training with multiple break outs. I was expecting more theory and explanation about them. It was good that there were home works to use the book provided but then there was no time spend on explaining the chapters
