I wasn't impressed with UPS delivery -- they claimed to have attempted delivery but my wife and I, expecting the package, were close at hand throughout the afternoon and saw no sign of a deliveryman nor heard a knock on the door.

We regret this and have of course immediately asked UPS for clarification.
In general, our shipments are delivered the next working day, which unfortunately can also go wrong with UPS once.
We will keep a close eye on this to try to prevent it in the future.
