Needed to buy some 110/240 power transformers and a PAL/NTSC converter. Sent an email requesting a call back to discuss the two items; return call was quick and Bas answered all of my questions--even threw in an Australian adapter for the transformer! Was so impressed that we ordered two more power transformers. Had some follow on question which were also answered with the same excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for better.
