I have ordered a large amount of kids clothes for me and a few friends and I am very happy with the order. Even if it was a large order, it was shipped the next day and all items were carefully... Even if it was a large order, it was shipped the next day and all items were carefully wrapped in paper before they were placed in the boxes.
The package arrived fast in my country and in perfect condition.

My experience was very good. The purchased items were of excellent quality, arrived very quickly and excellently packed. There was a technical hickup with the credit card payment, my card was not... However the customer service responded immediately, an alternative was found with Paypal and Ziloen refunded the small difference in the payment fee. Overall, I am very happy with Ziloen and will buy from the again.

Ziloen provided SUPERIOR service. They assisted with an item I had ordered that was out of stock and the package arrived in the USA in two weeks. My items were securely packaged and being wrapped... My items were securely packaged and being wrapped in tissue paper was an extra nice touch.
I prefer quality European-made items for my grandchild and choose Ziloen over many other European and American sites based solely on the pricing. The combination of superior service and fair pricing guarantees I will be using Ziloen for more purchases as my grandbaby grows!
