At no point during ordering process did it indicate that additional shipping charges would apply beyond the delivery fee calculated and paid at checkout. Following delivery we received an invoice for £100 import taxes. This charge had not been disclosed anywhere during the ordering process. Contacting the company via their “Contact Us” website form resulted in a generic response that did not address my specific concerns. I sent a follow-up email asking how to return the wallpaper which has be ignored. The lack of transparency regarding additional costs and the absence of meaningful support left us with no real option but to pay the customs charge.
