The delivery was quick but that's the only positive. Our emails are ignored, we've requested a refund and received no response since returning the paper unopened . The wallpaper was shades different. We've lost
out on £124. Please avoid. It says co.uk but it's based in the Netherlands.
Improvements or suggestions
Reply to emails, refund customers who return wallpaper. Ensure the wallpaper matches the pictures - brightness, colour match etc
