The selection of products is large, the website is clear and ordering products is easy.
However, the biggest criticism is the shipping costs. I bought around €200 worth of products and still paid €30 for shipping a package measuring 20x16x10cm. This seems really too much for shipping from the Netherlands to Slovenia. For comparison, I recently had free shipping for a similar package from Denmark because the purchase was over €70.
