The selection of products is large, the website is clear and ordering products is easy.
However, the biggest criticism is the shipping costs. I bought around €200 worth of products and still paid €30 for shipping a package measuring 20x16x10cm. This seems really too much for shipping from the Netherlands to Slovenia. For comparison, I recently had free shipping for a similar package from Denmark because the purchase was over €70.

We completely understand your point about the shipping costs to Slovenia. We agree that €30 is a steep price to pay for shipping, especially compared to some other countries where we are able to offer lower rates.
Unfortunately, shipping from the Netherlands to Slovenia is currently quite expensive for us as well. We always try to offer the best shipping prices we can, and we keep an eye on the available rates, but Slovenia is one of the destinations where shipping costs are still relatively high. At the moment, the actual shipping cost for us is even slightly higher than the amount charged.
That said, your criticism is completely fair, and we do wish we could offer a better rate for Slovenia. We will continue to monitor the shipping options and hope to improve this in the future.
