A simple process, made hard. Whilst they deliver a great service, their online commerce doesn't work with ApplePay or my credit card provider, leading me to abandon my purchase until I did some Gooel work to determine that I needed to use a different method (PayPal).
Something that could easily have been advised on their site and saved me hours of frustration.
Strengths
They deliver what they say and quickly.

Thanks for your review. If the creditcard is not accepted, mostly the 3D authentication is not approved or the card is not accepting online purchases in Europe. Because there is a lot of fraud with creditcards, the controls are quite strict. Good to hear it finally worked out via PayPal.
