Overall the product is of good quality, however Synology fall down is on use-ability. It takes too long to set up and it is very much trial and error. On to of this the help and support functions are poor compared to other products out there. For example in the functionality DS CAM it is stated that you enable GEOFENCING so the recording switches off when at home, yet when try to enable this function it is very hard to find any support details on the matter.
