Still no proper quote after 4 weeks
Strengths
They probably are very good at doing the entire route of importing a car from home to home. However I'll bring my own car from UK to Netherlands after which it has to be 'converted' into a Dutch car. I asked them for help with that.
Improvements or suggestions
I big improvement would be to just send an answer to my email of 26 January which explained that I was not a standard case (as described in their quote) and asking them to indicate in which way they could help and what I would have to do myself. I rang a couple of times with the sales department which said they had past it on. Still no reply. I have now decided to ask another firm to help me out.
