Great service end to end and loved working with everyone from SCL. Covered all my needs with importing my car from the US. Would recommend to anyone doing the same. They offered a few helpful additional services but were not pushy about them when I declined some of them. Very respectful and supportive throughout the entire process and really take care of everything.

Improvements or suggestions
Minor feedback: Keep emails in a single chain or use more modern ways of communicating (e.g. a WhatsApp group with all relevant employees from SCL). Consolidate all charges into a single invoice instead of multiple invoices.
