Strengths
Great communication (pictures provided of the car in NJ and Rotterdam), from offer during execution to local service at pick up of the vehicle. Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Improvements or suggestions
The only uncertainty was pickup from a local transporter (subcontractor of subcontractor of SCL) and the fact that insurance only kicked in once the car was in SCL premises.
The moment my car went on the trailer until it arrived in New Jersey was a bit of uncertainty as I could not track the whereabouts of my car. Once it was in NJ I received pictures of the car and the vessel it was shipped with, so I could track it.
