I have always gotten incredible service at this store. I actually started my fountain pen journey with them in October of 2022 and have purchased many nice pens from them. I have also found many rare finds with them. They always make sure that everything is perfect. It is very easy to communicate with them and they always provide me with all of the information I request. I would say that almost every store in the fountain pen community have been great, but the service here is truly exceptional. I am located in Canada, so I truly have to trust the people that I am dealing with being so far away and they have never disappointed me !
