Terrible customer service – Avoid this shop!
I purchased a Burley Encore X cover from HollandBikeShop, and it turned out to be defective within the warranty period. The manufacturer confirmed that it was a warranty issue and that I was entitled to a replacement.
However, HollandBikeShop refused to send me the new cover unless I sent the defective one first—even though I use it daily and cannot be without it. Instead of finding a fair solution, they hung up on me mid-call and ignored my messages.
I had to escalate the issue to the distributor and even consider filing a complaint with Dutch consumer authorities. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They do not respect their customers or their legal rights.
If you expect decent service and a trustworthy company, avoid HollandBikeShop.com at all costs.
