I had bought a 3V Torpedo Shifter. It did not work well, I got a new one which broke after 4 months. I sent it back and got my money back under guarantee. But I did not get any sending costs back, both not from the original order as from returning the broken Shifter.
This I do not find fair, they deliver a faulty product, I get the money back which I paid for that product. But I do not get sending costs back even while it is their fault that the product was not good.
This is not what you expect from a good Webshop company!
Therefor I do not recommend this webshop.
