I have had a fantastic experience. I ordered a child’s bike seat, which unfortunately did not fit my bike. The company have been very accommodating to try & find one that will work for me.
Strengths
Overall a very positive experience. From ordering, delivery (which was prompt) to aftercare. Excellent aftercare (as the product I ordered was incorrect), the company have been great at recommending other products.
