Horrible and frustrating. Attempted to make international purchase of two children's bike for grandchildren in Holland. I had difficulties with order which could have been easily fixed by this company. Dozens of phone calls and endless emails met with no resonable success or meaningful help. I finally gave up and purchased from another company . Their website SUCKS

Help your customers. Telling someone to repeat things which clearly do not work on your stinky website is worthless
