While delighted to construct my own shirt with Mandarin collar, it arrived with the sleeves too long, and stitched with wrong colour thread.
Strengths
I liked the choice of fabrics, collars and cuffs, and the quick service. I like the assurance to get the first shirt a perfect fit and I am awaiting a response to my claim as the sleeves are too long.
Improvements or suggestions
A tape measure could be useful after all, and not too difficult an option! My shirt sleeves are always too long, but you did not leave me a box in which to give you that advice when I ordered.
