The only thing I would remotely change is the fact that I was not informed about a transit document that I needed to drive from my home country to NL. I had huge problems at the boarder and when I got to SCL they informed me that they could have provided me with this declaration as well. It all turned out ok but it could have saved me some troubles. Again overall that was just never requested from me or discussed, so it's just a hint for next time that you could offer that service as well.
