By mistake, my intention was to buy some credit and top up my phone under the official website of my phone provider.

The "app" I have downloaded from my phone provider (on tablet) was actually linked to a third party called Opwaarderen.
This company sent me an email with a code which was not expected and fell down in my spam box.
Having no credit on my phone without being aware during the weekend has been really painfull.
The customer service was not aware of the name of this third party so has been complicated to understand what actually happened. I would resume this purchase by "DECEPTION - 0 SERVICE - NO ADDED VALUE - NO RIGHT TO RETRACT"

Unfortunately, you ordered as an anonymous customer. As a registered customer you are always able to check the pin in your orderhistory, even in the middle of the night.
We also advise you to add our emailaddress to your email safelist, so that you receive our emails in your inbox.
