My claim was submitted on 27th May, I submitted all documents needed on 31 May 2024. I was informed that the claim was approved. I am still waiting for payment.

My experience was quite a bad actually, I was phoned by one of your agents about my premium which he told me was not payed whereas on my bank app the premium had already deducted. This didn't sit...
