Upshift is great platform to pick up extra shifts and in between work. Upshift does have a HUGE problem with not have enough jobs for the number of employees Upshift has. They need a lot more jobs to cover all of the employees. Sometime a job will get posted for 2 employees and 50 employee sign up for the same job. Well 48 end up not working and that's the struggle with Upshift.
