You promised 1 day delivery, made me chose the date and 1 week later I still didn't receive the parcel. Can't make a review of products I didn't receive. Delays are understandable but don't make the client chose a date if you are not gonna comply with what you promise. The parcel track has no relevant information: I still don't know when it will come. The customer service says even bol.com can't deliver on time this period. I didn't order on bol.com..... But I did, for example, on Amazon, Asos, Shein, Farmaline... and they all delivered on time with informative trackers.
