My Tibetan rug, which is very precious to me, was also a delicious meal for a family of months. Stein picked up the rug, exterminated, cleaned and repaired it beyond any reasonable expectation. They did a remarkable job, treated me kindly, and with understanding throughout the process. Their work is superb. I could not be happier.
