Unsatisfactory. One of the rugs I had cleaned smells so terrible I can't use it at all. They disappeared for more than a month to clean two rugs. And they delivered two uncut, unsized pads. One of which is completely unusable. Plus they don't answer their phone. Don't be fooled.
