My rugs were so dirty I was embarrassed. I've got 3 handmade oriental rugs and 3 handwoven Zapotecan rugs. I wouldn't trust them to any old place. Process was great. Talked to David on the phone...scheduling was easy. Rugs were picked up, cleaned and delivered back to us. They look great! Hardly recognized them. This is my second time using Stein rug cleaning. I would definitely recommend and use again.
