They collected them, assessed what needed to be done and the rate, and when I gave the go-ahead, they went to work. A couple weeks later on, they provided the rugs,
each tagged and covered, and each completely cleaned and ventilated. The price was rather reasonable. I will certainly call them when I require rugs cleaned up again.
