Outstanding customer care! I called recently after deciding at the last minute to have a 100% wool 9x12 carpet cleaned up before moving. David replied within
minutes and Avery came a couple of hours later on to pick up the rug. We just get it back, as assured, just in time to pack it into the moving truck. I haven't seen
the cleaned up rug, however trust that it remains in terrific shape so I'm offering 5 stars ahead of time. David couldn't have actually made this a better experience -
extremely suggest!
