Great location. Staff could do with a training in hospitality
Here is the one thing that has really annoyed me. I had one member of my party travelling down on the train from Amsterdam. On the day of my departure I had to drop her off at the station before leaving with the others by car. On the previous day, I had asked your reception staff if I could leave at 10:45 instead of at 10:00. They had agreed and made a note of my request. But when I went to hand in the keys on the day of departure - at 10:47h - the woman at the counter immediately started SHOUTING at me. One hour late! It is not allowed.... a. If you want to remind your guests of the rules there are polite ways to do so b. Once you make a promise - you keep it c. It is for you to make sure that your staff share information and requests between them I have been visiting Landal resorts for 15 years. The customer experience has always been friendly and agreeable. You are now the new proprietors of Landal - and I get this! I am not impressed
