Dear Roompot Nieuwvliet Bad Manager, I recently stayed at roompot with high hopes of enjoying some relaxing time by the pool, which was the main reason I chose this property. Unfortunately, the swimming pool turned out to be a disappointment — the water was uncomfortably cold throughout my stay. I raised the issue with the staff working near the pool, and while they acknowledged the problem, they also told me they were helpless to do anything about it. I then escalated my concern to the reception, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up or resolution offered. Despite this, I must say that the overall property was very nice — well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff were generally pleasant and welcoming, which made the rest of the stay enjoyable. Its a pity that such a key facility didnt meet expectations, as everything else about the resort had a lot of potential.
