In fact it is a very good location but some parts od the house (2nd fridge, Washmachine room, Silicon and shower seal were not very clean, floor corners in the Infrared cabine and the outside storage room and terrace were not cleaned too.
The outdoor lightnings in the whole area could be a little bit better. Otherwise everything ok.
