The staff at this park are second to none and nothing is too much trouble at all. The chalet wasn’t overly clean which meant we had to clean when we arrived - a deep clean is definitely needed in chalet 210 - there were stains on the beds and there was food in the sink, along with dirty cutlery and crockery. This was a minor hiccup as the park itself is in a beautiful setting and very child friendly with being in your face. It was quiet at night which was great as we were worried it maybe noisy. Our girls loved scooting safely round the park as it was child free. The play equipment kept them entertained adequately. We will definitely be visiting a Roompot location again.
