We had requested a bed making service and when we arrived none of the beds had been made. This was a massive inconvenience and clearly also a big disappointment. Also, the tea towel set hadnt been delivered and we had to go and get it ourselves; really unhelpful. One of the sheets was too small for the bed which wasnt very handy either. There was an empty bread bag in one of the cupboards and the main rug in the sitting room was pretty dirty. Last time when we had rented accommodation in this same resort, we found underpants in one of the bedrooms. So I am still pretty unimpressed by the cleaning done in Roompot Cadzand. The BBQ isnt delivered to your door which i think would be a big improvement as its not too much work for Roompot and would feel like a really nice and friendly and personal service. Also, our clothes drying rack was broken and I had to come and fetch a new one myself. Again, when I see all the little golf cars driving around I cannot help but wonder why it is not possible to deliver certain things.
The location, playgrounds, space, garden etc, most other things in the park we love and we will be coming back. There are, nevertheless, certain things we think can definitely be improved and that would raise the standard a little.
