Everything was fine, except we had an invasion of ants. Staff dealt well with that. But when I wanted to make a formal complaint about the dirty tampons, the answer was short and they were going to take it up with the cleaning staff. Sorry that is not good enough. She told me off for not telling her earlier, I dont go round checking bins and never use the bins in the toilets. When I opened the bin I was sick, this was very revolting. What is Roompot going to do about this?
