Taste and consistency are OK, better than many pharmacy products, although I have only tasted the berry and Vanilla flavours so far. I am using the weight loss variety, and I have to say, it is really nice from a point of saciety, I don't feel hungry at all, for hours after taking the shake. I Queal twice a day and have a normal breakfast. Delivery to Spain could be faster, took 10 days to deliver. If after a week or so I see that I am achieving acceptable weight loss, I will no doubt order again.
