(My previous experience with powdered foods is only Jakeshake before Queal)
The packaging is kind of meh. There could at least be markers for 1/3 of the bag in my opinion. 1 bag for all day might still not be the worser choice though, considering less waste and that it's easier to make more of the stuff to put to the refrigerator to drink later in the day.
The oil is the biggest problem. It nearly doubles the complexity of the process of readying the stuff, which greatly relies in the simplicity of the process. The oil always seems to drip on the edge of the bottle, requiring some cleanup. Would be great if you could make the oil unnecessary. Also for some reason my oil bottle doesn't have a label, which could get confusing.
The tastes are nice to have, instead of it always tasting the same.
The delivery was kind of quick, which was nice.
There's no login button on the webpage, which seems a bit strange (have to login from the link in the email to see status of orders). There really should be a mail tracking link on the account page if there's an order being shipped.
It does it's job, and the cost is among the lowest, though I guess you could lower the price on larger orders.
