Good, only the shaker leaks when the lid is not screwed on correctly which is easy to do wrong. And green bags should be replaced by blue bags because the tear spot is higher which makes spilling less likely. Shipping times are good, usually the next day. Great that it includes a new scoop. Flavors are good, haven't tried the limited flavors because of price. The 8.50 price is just low enough to make it interesting as an alternative. Can live a couple of days on Queal shakes but then the body does craves for some solid food. Subscription should be interesting for me but it sounds to complicated and not flexible enough. I don't know beforehand what I need every x amount of time or if I want to mix thing up. And don't like to be stuck to something.
