This is nice. Feel like the powder contains everything the body needs. Made me not crave for snacks or sweets throughout the day. Consistency is great. All good. I have had some problems in the delivery stages, like oil has been running out into the box and some uncertainty regarding that there is no label on the oil container, like when it was bottled, when is expires and that it is not sealed for extra security measures, but I have had a great talk with Queal's customer support and they are working on these matters.
