Very positive from the practical point of view. Really nice taste (more like coockie porridge as a shake), attractive flavours, very good customer service. Only one con, the delivery time to Spain. At this moment I have not received my last order from 13th May yet. That has forced me to interrupte my queal diet during more than 5 days.
