I have been eating mostly powdered food for around 5 months now when my usual supplier had a backlog so I ordered 10 days of Queal to tie me over.
Delivery & Packaging: Very fast turn around, order was dispatched the day after ordering, followed by 2 business days til delivery to UK. When I opened the box 2 out of the 10 bags were split and the contents of which were all over the box, but I managed to save some of it.
Taste & Texture: I ordered Cool Chocolate, because I am a cool guy and chocolate is usually the most neutral flavour. I found the taste to be ok, the texture was a little more gritty than I am used to. I tried using less water than advised but still ended up with a lot of bits at the bottom, however I found it easy enough to drink.
Overall: I was satisfied with the product, having an option for extra calories is great; If it was the same price as my regular supplier I would be happy to swap to Queal, however due to the increased price & seperate oil I cannot see myself switching anytime soon.
