I purchase my QUEAL on 03/05/2015 today ( 12/05/2015) i not recive anything!
Whether the package arrives I will never buy again, and I'm not going to make good publicadad

Hello Pere!
Your order was shipped from our facility on the 4th, but didn’t leave the Netherlands until the 6th due to a national holiday on the 5th.
It took 2 days to travel to Spain, arriving there on Friday the 8th.
Then it stood still for two days again in Madrid due to the weekend, where they don’t work in the sorting centre in Spain.
On the 11th it was sorted to Barcelona, arriving in your city in the evening.
And finally on the 12th they delivered the parcel to you, probably hours after you posted this review.
Our sincere apologies if this was slower than you expected or are used to.
I hope this explanation made it a bit clearer why shipping to Spain took such a long time.
I hope you will consider purchasing from us again, and allowing us to change your opinion about our services.
