So far, I like it. I prefer it with 350 ml of water rather than thicker, and I like the banana taste best. I'm wondering if it's possible to make it with hot water instead; I'd like to try the neutral taste with hot water and a bit of salt and other savory condiments, to make it more like a real meal, but I worry that might impact the nutritional value. I'm trying to lose weight, and the 1800 kCal of the diet version is only a little below maintenance for me right now, and will be above it long before I get to my target weight, so I'd like a version with even less calories. (I'm female, 173 cm, 59 years old, pretty sedentary.)
