My order arrived after 4 days. Everything was well packed. Instructions say to shake it in shaker but it leaves lots of clumps in drink, I prefer to use blender for that. Preparing is as complex as making instant noodles, with my cooking skills i enjoy having not to worry what i should eat next. Time i used to spend on making shopping list and actual shopping I spend now on relax and extra training, that was hard to fit im my schedule before. I didn't get any superpowers or instant super healthy, but with Queal i stopped skipping meals, which should provide nice benefits in long-term run.
