Punctual delivery without any damage to the product. The Queal samples could be packaged sturdier, it just looks a bit fragile, but arrived intact. All samples were not as smooth (blending needed before consuming) than similar products I have tried (e.g. Joylent, ...) but the flavor options are a lot better than competitors! I really enjoy having an extra protein option for workouts and will consider purchasing that instead of the normal Queal.
