Great support and quick to deliver compared to competition. But delivery boxes are often mistreated (which is mostly the fault of the delivery company) and the packaging leaves something to be desired (transparent thin plastic bags that look like your mom gave you lunch for school). Website is not pretty but it works just fine and it's fairly easy to use. I generally recommend Queal. Even though they have plenty of competition, I find that Queal is able to deliver a tasty product that I'd want to eat. 4 of 5.
