Queal is awesome. Usually eat a bar of any kind for breakfast, drink a shake for lunch and eat normal food for dinner which saves me a lot of money. No feelings of hunger after a shake is finished and I still have a lot of energy during the day for work-out and studies.
Unfortunately I don’t like the vanilla flavor very much, but the others I’ve tried are great.
Plus I really like their bars since they aren’t very sweet like others brands.
