I am not a big fan of the bars, but the Ready and Steady products are great. I go from the office directly to sports and if I eat a heavy meal inbetween it affects my performance at sports. However, a Steady shake works perfectly. I do not feel hungry nor full, but also do not experience the lack of energy that inevitably comes when I only eat a banana and some chocolate. Plus I dont have to cook anymore when I come home late after sports.
