The shipping was fast and the package arrived without any damage.
I'm happy with the product itself, I enjoy it even more than I thought, though I don't use it too often yet.
I didn't need to contact them, but the customer service still seemed good.
The attempts to engage customers and be relatable felt a bit too forced for me, but I didn't mind it much either.
