Absolutely amazing.

Very quick and easy , tastes great as well.
Keeps me full and satisfied longer then any food I’ve ever had.
I have it twice a day and then a dinner.
The biggest postitive rather then the ease is the fact that it’s stopped my desire to consistently snack.
