Pretty good in general. I like the taste. I do notice some more gas than usual though. Also I started getting a headache, but I'm pretty sure that's because it feels like I'm getting the flu.

Thank you for the review Francesco! The gas is something that some people have (it's the fibers) but should go away after a few days. For the headaches you could be right, and always remember to drink enough water ;)
